Salary: £18,500 basic increasing to 20.5K after 12 months

Role Duties include:

• Identify & source potential customers.
• Gain new business via telesales & appointment making.
• Visit potential customers to gain new business.
• Manage and develop gained business on day to day basis.
• Maximize profit at all times through effective account managing.

Package

• £18,500 basic increasing to 20.5K after 12 months
• Commission is earned on a monthly basis. This open ended and paid at 10% after achieving the 4K profit threshold for each month. Our top account managers are earning 40-50K per annum.
• Fully expensed car after initial qualifying period of 6 months.
• Fully expensed phone after 9 months Car upgrade after 24 months
• To qualify for the salary increments and car or phone, minimum performance standards need to be achieved.
